Summary

Aimeé L Louw
Who I am makes a difference! Every day we get to choose how we show up. I choose to be positive, curious and adaptable and use those attributes to build trusting relationships with others.
Born in the U.K. and raised in South Africa, my two daughters and I moved to the USA in 2008. I play a lot of tennis, enjoy live music, travel and supporting my daughters in their respective competitive dance programs.

Not knowing what I wanted to do after high school, I got on a bus and headed into the local town. Looking for a job, I went from store to store asking for opportunities. This is where I landed my first full time job as a receptionist in a retail store. Little did I know that the HR Manager would see potential in me to start a career in the HR field. I had a great coach who was willing to take me under her wing and so, my career began. I learned on-the-job, continued my education, gained experience in different industries and here I am today, living a successful life in the USA.

I firmly believe in building relationships as the foundation for everything else. By being open, transparent, direct and collaborative, I pride myself in building trusting relationships with others. It is with those relationships that I am able to strategize, execute and adapt to meet the needs of my customers and organizations. I thrive in leadership roles where I can add value and make a difference.

Helping others grow and develop is my passion. All of us have talents, sometimes we just need help identifying them and building upon them to help us be the best we can be.
